Financial Manager: Part Time (10-15 hours per week, flexible)

Full charge of bookkeeping
Year-end closing
Audit/Financial review preparation
Tax preparation
Cost accounting/ track of expenses for each project/ grant
1099s
Sales Tax
Maintenance of fixed assets and depreciation schedule
City and county tax returns
Maintenance of Lease
Insurance administration
Grants management
Budgeting
Tracking Events/ PerformanceQualification
BS in accounting preferred
4+ experience
Knowledge of Fund accounting
Proficient in excel
Experience in Year-end/ audit/ financial review/ tax preparation and sales tax return
Well organized and be able to work under the pressure
Familiar with Mac
Proficient in Quickbooks Pro
Knowledge of Cultural Data Project is plus
Good writing and communication skill
